The company puts together, manages and continuously improves commercial arrangements (procured in accordance with public procurement regulations) for social housing maintenance and repairs and uses these to ensure a positive impact on the communities where the work is done. This is achieved by working in partnership with contractors and local community groups in order to create meaningful, well-paid employment and training opportunities.
