TGM Contractors Ltd has secured the contract to construct two new SEND schools in Chelmsford, both using light steel framing systems in their construction. The two schools, named the Hawthorns School and the Sir Geoff Hurst School, will also feature residential buildings alongside the educational provision.
A spokesman for TGM Contractors announced the news, saying: "We are pleased to share that we have secured two schools including two separate residential blocks for Kier Construction.
"Both schools and residential blocks are on the same site, with works consisting of Klasse G Board, with a full British Gypsum system for the internal dry Lining. This was a quick turnaround project and works have already commenced on site."
