On the back of the announcement that light steel specialist Frameclad has been acquired by Joint Managing Directors Nik Teagle and Martin Jamieson, company bosses have made public that two senior members of the team have been promoted.
Steve Goodenough has been promoted to the role of Business Development Director. Since joining the Frameclad team in 2016, Steve has been instrumental in the success of the business.
"With a proven track record, Steve is integral to the future of our business," said Nik Teagle. "His customer first approach, considerable knowledge and willingness to go that extra mile, ensures our projects meet rapid turn-around times. He's a top guy and we are proud to have him at the helm of our business development team."
Steve responded: "Since 2016 we have driven significant growth in the Frameclad business. With the support of Mark Munns from the outset and more recently Martin and Nik, it is our people that our paramount to our success. I am extremely excited about the future and looking forward to supporting the business in its growth aspirations over the years ahead."
Paul Kent has been promoted to the role of National Sales Director. Paul has worked with some of the most prominent and well-established names in the construction industry and is well known to many.

"Driven by a will to succeed, over the last year or so, Paul has been dedicated to delivering exceptional sales support services. Frameclad will continue with their long term strategy of 'investment and innovation' and following the launch of the company's Lightweight Engineered Adjustable Frame – LEAF, the new owners have purchased a further five cold-roll forming machines and have increased their design and engineering team from 12 to 14.
