BR Hodgson Framing, an approved accredited installer of Metframe, voestalpine Metsec's structural loadbearing building system, have secured a contract to provide a number of apartments for a development in Bristol for clients Legal & General.
The project, Bonington Walk in the Lockleaze area of Bristol, has been carried out by Legal & General in partnership with Bristol City Council, as part of ongoing long-term investment plans for Lockleaze. It features a mix of two and three-bedroom houses and one and two-bedroom apartments, with a focus on bolstering the provision of affordable housing stock for the city.
The scheme is an outcome of two years of collaboration with BR Hodgson Framing's strategic partners at Bristol City Council and has seen more than half of all new homes built for council housing and shared ownership occupants.
Chris Holleron from voestalpine Metsec said: "We are delighted to see our long term Metframe partner BR Hodgson Framing securing their latest project Bonington walk Bristol. We look forward to working with the team to deliver another successful project."
