For the latest interview in our series, we spoke to Shaun Weston, Managing Director of British Offsite. British Offsite manufactures technically advanced light gauge steel panel systems for the offsite construction of housing, mid and high-rise developments, as well as branching out into public sector buildings such as schools and hospitals.
In our interview, Shaun discusses some of the issues that the industry currently faces, namely how indecision and a lack of clarity is providing a stumbling block for developers. He calls on the government to provide more guidance to help the industry get back to building houses to tackle the housing crisis and highlights the exciting future of the company following the opening of its brand-new factory.
